Over the past 20 years, I’ve been a transformation whisperer in government, a connector of dots across global networks, a designer of learning adventures that defy the usual, and a facilitator who makes complexity feel like a game worth playing. I’ve led national initiatives, co-designed policy, supported cross-sector partnerships, built communities of practice, and brought unlikely collaborators together to tackle impossible problems (and enjoy it).

My toolkit includes systems thinking, storytelling, sense-making, serious play, and a little well-placed chaos. I blend structure with serendipity, designing spaces where people show up fully, think differently, and leave with something they didn’t know they were looking for.

I work best when things are messy, bold ideas are welcome, and we’re allowed to break some rules along the way.
